Domestic U.S. Shipping
We offer 3 shipping options within the domestic United States:
- Free Ground Shipping 3-6 Business Days*
- FedEx Express 2 Business Days**
- FedEx Standard Overnight 1 Business Day**
Orders must be placed before 12pm PST Monday thru Friday in order to be processed the same day. Orders processed after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays, and will ship the following business day.
We use both FedEx and USPS for Ground Shipping. If you have a preference, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org after you place your order to let us know.

**Saturday delivery is not an option with these services. Delivery will take place by the end of business day; we don't offer First or Priority Overnight shipping.
We currently ship worldwide via DHL Express to most international destinations. International shipments typically arrive within 2-4 business days. We offer free shipping for all international orders over $200.
Any orders designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. are subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the package is the Importer of Record in the destination country, and will be responsible for payment of any associated fees at the time of delivery. We are not able to calculate these fees in advance, however you can estimate how much you will be charged for Import Fees here.
If the Import Fees on an international package are not paid upon receipt, the package will be returned to us. If the shipment is refused, the package is undeliverable, or the Import Fees are not paid, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping and Import Fees.

Lost / Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
If you are unsure of the security of your delivery address, please contact us at email@example.com directly after your order is placed so we can add "Signature Upon Delivery" to your order. If your package is worth more than $500, we require "Signature Upon Delivery" and this service will be added to your order automatically.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund less shipping charges.
Orders placed between December 1st and 25th have a 30 day return policy.
All Final Sale items are non-returnable. If you have never tried our styles before and don't know how the fit is, we recommend to purchase with caution. You can always order a returnable item first to try for fit, and then you will be certain that a final sale item will fit.
All items must be returned in the original condition they were received with the tags and protective hygienic liner attached. Make sure to include the original invoice with your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Please try swimsuits on over your underwear to ensure they are returned in a new, unused condition. Final sale items (50% off or more) cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
Customers located in the United States:
To return your item(s), email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and a prepaid USPS Priority Mail return shipping label. Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted. Once we receive your return, we will deduct $5 from your refund for return shipping charges.
Customers located outside the United States:
At this time, we unfortunately cannot offer return labels for international returns. If you would like to return an item, please email email@example.com to get your RMA # and our return-to address, and then use the carrier of your choice to ship your item back to us. We highly recommend using a traceable, insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Your return will be processed within one week of the date it is received at our facility. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
To make an exchange, place a new order on our website for the item(s) you would like to receive, and then return your original purchase following our Returns instructions listed in the above section. After placing your new order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your new order # so we can refund you for the shipping fee, if applicable. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping for international exchanges. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
