Domestic U.S. Shipping
We offer 3 shipping options within the domestic United States:
- Standard Ground 3-6 Business Days* (free for orders above $250)
- Express 2 Business Days**
- Standard Overnight 1 Business Day**
Orders must be placed before 12pm PST Monday-Friday in order to be processed the same day. Orders processed after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays, and will ship the following business day.

**Saturday delivery is not an option with these services. Delivery will take place by the end of business day; we don't offer First or Priority Overnight shipping.
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and France. If you are located in another country and would like to place an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
International shipments typically arrive within 5-10 business days. Please note that international shipments are often subject to customs/import fees, which vary by country and can delay delivery.
The shipping carrier will contact you should you need to pay an import tax. Customs duties / import fees are entirely beyond our control, and the customer is responsible for paying them.
If your package is worth more than $500, we require Signature Upon Delivery. Signature Upon Delivery is not required for shipments worth less than $500, but if you would like to add this service to your order, please email us at email@example.com. KORE SWIM is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, so if you are unsure of the security of your delivery address, we highly recommend adding Signature Upon Delivery to your order.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund less shipping charges.
To return your item(s), email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and a prepaid USPS Priority Mail return shipping label. Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted. Once we receive your return, we will deduct $5 from your refund for return shipping charges.
At this time, we unfortunately cannot offer return labels for international returns. If you would like to return an item, please email email@example.com to get your RMA # and our return-to address, and then use the carrier of your choice to ship your item back to us. We highly recommend using a traceable, insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
All items must be returned in the original condition they were received with the tags and protective hygienic liner attached. Make sure to include the original invoice with your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Please try swimsuits on over your underwear to ensure they are returned in a new, unused condition. Final sale items (50% off or more) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Your return will be processed within one week of the date it is received at our facility. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
To make an exchange, place a new order on our website for the item(s) you would like to receive, and then return your original purchase following our Returns instructions listed in the above section. After placing your new order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your new order # so we can refund you for the shipping fee, if applicable.
