There's nothing like a delicious and nutritious smoothie to start your day or fuel your body after a workout. Morning smoothies are easy on your digestion system and a great way to kickstart your metabolism for the day. 

This is our favorite smoothie of the moment, and it's incredibly simple to make - it even has a solid amount of protein to keep you full longer and ward off cravings.

Ingredients 

1 Banana (frozen works well!)
1 Cup Spinach
1 Cup Almond or Macadamia Nut Milk (be sure to use almond milk that does not contain carrageenan)
2 Tablespoons of Hemp Protein Powder
1 Spoonful of Almond Butter or Peanut Butter 
Handful of Raw Almonds 
A Few Ice Cubes (depending on how cold you want it)
Sunflower Seeds (optional)

*If you can't buy fresh ingredients, frozen ones work too!

Add almond milk to blender first followed by almond butter, hemp powder, raw almonds, spinach and banana.
Blend on high until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Top with sunflower seed garnish. Enjoy!
