RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that finding the right swimwear takes time and we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. This is why we're happy to return or exchange any items within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and in sellable condition.
Please follow these steps to ensure your returns or exchanges are processed in time:
1. Download our return/exchange form here. You must complete this form and submit it with your return/exchange package.
2. Please send your package, including your completed return/exchange form and original sales receipt, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to:

3. Once we receive your package at our facility, we will work quickly to process your return or exchange. For returns, expect to see a refund credited to your bank statement within 5-7 business days. For exchanges, expect to receive the new item(s) within 3-5 business days.
All shipping charges incurred by the exchange or return are the customer's responsibility. Returns or exchanges received after 14 days of receipt will not be accepted. We strongly recommend that you keep a record of your shipment until you have received your exchange or refund. KORE SWIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not reach our facility, or packages that are damaged in transit.
Worn, washed, soiled, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We have full discretion in determining if items are in their original condition when returned. The merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, completed return/exchange form, and original tags must still be attached. The protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
